This policy explains how REMORSE (legal name 리모스(REMORSE), business registration no. 646-44-01338, Republic of Korea; “we”) handles information on remorser.com, when you contact us, and in our products. Questions: [email protected].

This website

This website is a static site with no account or server upload form. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.

Sublate Evaluate

The evaluation tool parses CSV files and calculates reports in memory in your browser. CSV contents are not uploaded, stored in browser storage or sent to an external model. Reset clears the loaded rows and report; closing the page clears them too. Downloads are files saved on your device.

Pilot brief and local kit

The pilot form keeps your company, contact email and problem description in memory in this browser. It makes no network request or browser storage write. Editing a prepared brief invalidates it; closing the page clears the form. Copy and JSON downloads save a record locally. Open email draft asks your email app to prepare a message; you review and send it yourself.

The downloaded macOS kit runs on your machine using Python standard-library adapters. Its optional paid Anthropic connector is off by default. Your API key stays in your local environment. Inspect the provider, model, task and permitted content before separately approving an external request. The website form grants no execution or external AI approval.

Research engagements

Data access, retention and permission to use external model providers are agreed in writing for each paid review or pilot. Send a problem description first and confirm the approved transfer method before sharing private datasets or credentials.

Email

When you email us, we receive your email address and your message. Email to remorser.com addresses is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox, which Google hosts. We use your message only to answer you and to keep a record of the request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Remorsearch UX QA

  • The skill runs inside your own agent host, such as Claude Code. REMORSE does not operate a server that receives your product data, and the skill does not send telemetry to us.
  • Your agent host and its model provider process your prompts and files under their own terms.
  • The research reader reads only public pages. It removes phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers, card and account numbers and IP addresses before the agent reads the text, keeps quotes short and replaces author names with salted keys.
  • If you use YouTube research, your own API key stays in your environment.

Maccept

Maccept is in development. It is designed to run on your Mac, to keep no permanent copies of your commands or reports by default, and to keep only limited delivery metadata. We will update this section before release.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, to run this website and our email, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information that we hold about you. Email [email protected].

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
