Who is responsible

The controller is 리모스(REMORSE), a South Korean business operated by 김성주. Registered address: 경기도 고양시 덕양구 용현로53번길 26, 2층호(행신동). Contact the proprietor about privacy at hello@vrpinc.com.

Assessment and draft information

Checklist answers and form entries are processed in browser memory. We do not submit them to a form server or save them in browser storage. Closing or reloading the page clears them. Copying text or opening an email app occurs only when you choose that action. You send the email yourself under your own email provider’s terms.

Website delivery and country suggestions

Cloudflare handles request metadata such as IP address, time and requested URL to deliver and protect the website. Our optional region endpoint uses Cloudflare’s country code and returns only a supported country and suggested language, with caching disabled. Our code does not return or retain your raw IP, city or coordinates. A manually selected country may appear in the URL. We do not automatically redirect you away from the language you requested.

Information in an inquiry

If you send an email, we receive your name, reply address, selected country/province, optional website URL, message and any included checklist answers. We use these to respond, prepare a quote and discuss an engagement. A reply address and enough context to answer are needed; other detail is voluntary. We do not add inquiries to a marketing list or sell personal information. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment details, customer records or unredacted logs.

Providers and international processing

Email sent to hello@vrpinc.com passes through Cloudflare, Inc. Email Routing into a Google Gmail mailbox. The proprietor handles inquiries in South Korea. Delivery and email providers operate infrastructure abroad, including in the United States; this setup does not restrict storage to one country.

Cloudflare states that it primarily stores information in the United States and European Economic Area and may process it worldwide. Google operates servers around the world. Their processing, retention, safeguards and contact routes are described in the Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Where an activity requires additional transfer information, consent or safeguards, those conditions must be addressed before that activity proceeds.

If you do not want to use this email route, do not send the email. You can still read the public site, but we cannot provide an individual consultation through this mailbox without receiving your message.

Retention and deletion

For inquiries that do not lead to a contract, we delete the inquiry 90 days after the final consultation. This includes deleting the relevant mailbox messages and related copies under our control and clearing them from trash. This is an operating policy; this website does not run an automated mailbox-deletion job. Contract records and documents subject to statutory retention are kept separately according to the applicable purpose, legal basis and period.

Google keeps account content until the account owner removes it. Google says complete deletion generally takes around two months and encrypted backups can retain data for up to six months, with legal/security exceptions and possible delays. See the Google retention and deletion policy.

Cloudflare determines retention by purpose, data volume/nature/sensitivity, misuse risk, necessity and legal obligations; it says it deletes or destroys data after the retention period, or prevents further use where technical deletion is not possible. We have not verified a fixed Email Routing-specific period in its public documentation and do not invent one. Contact: privacyquestions@cloudflare.com.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@vrpinc.com to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your inquiry information, or to stop a consultation. We may need proportionate identity verification and will consider applicable legal retention duties. Rights and complaint routes under applicable law remain available, including your relevant privacy regulator. We do not claim every jurisdiction’s special regime applies to every inquiry.

Regional information

For California visitors, the categories collected and recipients are described above; requests to review or correct information use the same email contact. Canada inquiries may include information beyond business contact details and are treated accordingly. Australian and New Zealand visitors can contact the proprietor about access, correction or a privacy complaint. This initial rollout does not actively target the UK, Ireland or Quebec.

Tracking, external links and changes

We do not install analytics scripts, advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this site. Our behavior does not change based on a Do Not Track signal. External official-source links have their own policies. Material changes to this notice will be published here with a new effective date; additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
