Public guidance and assessment

Technical statements are dated and linked to their sources. Exposure depends on the runtime, configuration, vendor fixes and deployment. A result based on your answers is not a security audit, a diagnosis of compromise or a safety guarantee. The website does not connect to or scan your server.

A separate agreement before work

An inquiry does not start paid work. We agree the environment, access authority, scope, price, taxes, currency, payment, timing, expected interruption, backup, rollback, deliverables and cancellation conditions before an engagement. Additional work or cost requires prior agreement. Availability and outcomes are not guaranteed by this page.

Initial service markets

New overseas service inquiries are open for the United States, Australia and Canada outside Quebec. The existing South Korean service continues. Japanese content is informational, and new Japan and New Zealand inquiries are pending. The UK, Ireland and Quebec are outside this rollout. Public language versions remain accessible without region-based blocking.

Mandatory rights remain available

Nothing here excludes mandatory rights or remedies that apply to the actual transaction. This includes applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act protections. Consumer pre-contract information, cancellation and other rights are addressed where applicable; a business-oriented label alone does not exclude them.

Security and access

Do not include credentials or third-party personal data in a first email. Where compromise is suspected, preserve evidence before routine restarting or cleanup. Necessary access and secure information-sharing arrangements are agreed separately after reviewing the task.
